Andy has over 20 years of experience with direct response distribution of insurance. He has managed the development and implementation of direct distribution strategies for banks and life insurance companies in Canada, Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

Andy has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.

His expertise is not only in product, business level competition strategy but also in managing a variety of hands-on financial issues for large corporations. He has a long list of clients such as Shinhan Card, Woori Bank, LG Group, Samsung, CITI Bank, GS Caltex, POSCO and etc.

He has also successfully led US Fortune companies in Korea such as J.C. Penney FMS, Marsh Direct and DBM Korea as a country head.

He has received MBA from the University of Chicago.

Terry has over 20 years of experience in finance working mainly in the insurance sector. She has held various Finance and Controllership roles at Sun Life Financial, Maritime Life Assurance, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board and Crown Life Insurance. Her background includes all aspects of Financial Reporting, Annual Business Planning and implementation of Internal Controls.

Terry is also a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario.
